The 2017 M&T Syracuse Jazz Fest is in the books, and it did not disappoint. Straying away from traditional jazz with the inclusion of legendary musician Todd Rundgren, while still keeping fans of the genre gratified with Ramsey Lewis, the free event at Onondaga Community College was a night to remember.
