Fresh Music Friday: Eilen Jewell

Fresh Music Friday

Eilen Jewell’s voice makes you feel like she’s singing just for you, out on the breezy back porch or by a crackling campfire.

Eilen Jewell (note it’s Eilen, not Eileen), is a singer-songwriter from Boise, Idaho. She has released seven albums with the latest titled Sundown Over Ghost Town (released in May 2015). Beginning her career as a busker on the streets of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Eilen’s music is a mixture of alt-country, roots-rock, country-noir, and Americana and continues to ebb and flow with versatility, stories and images.
