Cathy had been rehearsing for the spring musical production at her downtown Buffalo high school. It was a rather cold March evening in 2014 at around 11 p.m. when her mom picked her up from school. Shortly after entering Interstate 90 going south toward their home in West Seneca, NY, they saw several UFOs.

“We saw six or seven glowing orbs, right over the local grain elevators,” Cathy said.

Cathy originally thought the glowing orbs might have been plastic bags with candles that fly like small hot air balloons. The two women combed the sky looking for additional glowing orbs, but saw none.

As they continued down the highway, they observed something new. Cathy described this object as having bright lights, but none of the lights were flashing like a conventional aircraft.

As they approached the object, they noticed it had stopped moving and was just hovering in place. When their car was nearly parallel with the object, they both realized that the object near them was some sort of craft, which appeared to be a black triangle UFO.

Cathy described it as approximately the size and height of an incoming jet. After a few moments, the UFO began to move south and disappeared from view.

Let’s look at some recent sightings in New York Skies

Oct. 31, 2015: At 3 a.m. residents in the Rensselaer, NY, area observed eight bright lights flying in a rectangular formation.
