Thursday July 17 at the Tech Garden in Downtown Syracuse, AmeriCU Credit Union is sponsoring a “Tech Meets Tate” annual bash with Syracuse First, CenterState CEO. Iranians Face 127 Years in Prison for Using Facebook

And you thought your Mom was tough. An Iranian journalist in exile has told the BBC about several recent cases of imprisonment due to her countrymen’s use of the social network for extensively long sentences. “They’re just ordinary people,” she said, unintentionally quoting the John Legend song. This comes after a group of young men and women were arrested earlier this year for filming their own “Happy” video, dancing to the worldwide Pharrell Williams trend.
