Jeff Kramer completed the ALS #icebucketchallenge on the shores of Onondaga Lake after being nominated by Judge James H. Cecile. Jeff nominated Syracuse New Times publisher Bill Brod, Associate Development Director at the Q Center Moe Harrington and Mike Ryan from Kelley’s Bar & Restaurant. WATCH:
