The rain may have delayed the game, but die-hard Syracuse Chiefs fans still came out to show their support during the 2018 home opener at NBT Bank Stadium. The diamond was covered in tarp and viewers sat in the stands in plastic ponchos or under umbrellas. The Chiefs ended the match against the Norfolk Tides with a 9-8 win.
