The Syracuse University football team has climbed to a 3-0 season thus far, with an impressive Sept. 15 Carrier Dome victory against Florida State University. The Orange toppled the Seminoles 30-7, and managed to do it without quarterback Eric Dungey, who was sidelined in the second quarter with an eye irritation. SU redshirt freshman QB Tommy DeVito stepped into the breach and quickly went into touchdown mode, which surely delighted Coach Dino Babers. Former Orange player Donovan McNabb was also at the Dome, which was rocking with more than 37,000 fans.
