Bill Wharton, a.k.a. the Sauce Boss, that’s who. Wharton returns to the Dinosaur Bar- B-Que, 246 W. Willow St., for another round of tasty gumbo-makin’ and blues guitar-playin’ on Thursday, Dec. 8, 9:30 p.m. The Boss has stirred up his delicious dish for more than 175,000 people over the years, and he’s known for bangin’ on pots and pans around the bar and even behind the bar (move over bartenders), plus he brings along his own sauces to sell at the show.
