It will cover the cost of tuition and fees, on-campus room and
board, and books and supplies; it is renewable for a second year of
study. Applicants must be female seniors in any high school in Onondaga
County. They must submit an essay on what domestic violence and/or
sexual abuse means to them or how it has affected their lives.
