Eastwood Park-to-Park Autumn Run

.
. . . . . .

The five-mile race begins at the Robinson Street portion
of Sunnycrest Park and ends with a circuit around the Henninger High
School Track, located within the park, with some visits to smaller
Eastwood parks as well, including the proposed skate park location in
Huntington Park, behind the baseball fields at Huntington School. It
also spends a good amount of time on Northcliffe Road, which contains a
median that isn’t a park but provides an emerald diversion just the
same. (For you anal runners out there hellbent on completing the
marathon distance with this series, just run an extra loop around the
track.)

The Eastwood race’s inclusion in the race series has
Straub hopeful that the number of runners will double to 200 this year.
“As the last race in the series, we hope that helps, too. For those who
haven’t met the three-race requirement, it’ll be a last chance to do
that.”
