In step with the current exhibits at the Everson Museum of Art, 401 Harrison St., titled Marie Antoinette: Styling the 18th-Century and Warhol Presents, the museum will host a competition called the Student Art Open: (Un)doing Fashion
through Sunday, Feb. 1. The competition is the sixth of its kind, with
250 students from 13 art classes hosted at the museum in September to
contribute work that correlates with the fashion-inspired showings
currently on display. You may see the exhibits in addition to the
students’ work during regular gallery hours, every Tuesday through
Friday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., and on every Saturday from 10
a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission to the gallery is free, with a $5 donation
