commission, as the water vehicle company is simply the title sponsor of
the event). On Thursday, Aug. 7, 11:30 a..m. to 8 p.m., Rolex Series
practice sessions and a resulting qualifier race will entertain
die-hard fans who want to catch a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes
action. On Friday, Aug. 8, the day’s motor fun will get started at 6
a.m. with practices and other events throughout the day, all set to
culminate at the Crown Royal 200 Rolex Series race, starting at 6:30
p.m. Further practices and preparatory events will kick off on
Saturday, Aug. 9, 7 a.m., while the Zippo 200 NASCAR Nationwide Series,
a 200.9-mile run, will start at 3 p.m. Racing will conclude on Sunday,
Aug. 10, when activity gets rolling at 7:30 a.m., and the climatic
Centurion Boats at the Glen NASCAR Sprint Cup, a 220.5-mile race, will
begin at 2 p.m. Tickets are $80 per person for general admission seats
for the entire weekend, or $85 to $135 for grandstand seats on Sunday.
