a trip to the ball park to check out the status of the mystical world
of baseball. Local fans of the Syracuse Chiefs will have more chances to check out their team on home turf this summer at Alliance Bank Stadium,
1 Tex Simone Drive, when the team returns after a weeklong series of
road games. The Chiefs will have to cope without outfielder and master
blaster Adam Lind, who has been whisked away to “The Show” to play with
the parent club, the Toronto Blue Jays. Be sure to check out two games
against the Buffalo Bisons, farm team of the Cleveland Indians,
on Tuesday, July 8, for a 5 p.m. double header, and on Wednesday, July
