“Rank and File Opera”:
Expressionistic works from local artist John Serafin will be on display
through March at Phoebe’s Restaurant.
Works
from Serafin’s early career as well as recent paintings are on display,
including still-lifes, landscapes and abstract images. There is no
charge to view the paintings, which are on display through March. The
restaurant’s hours are Tuesdays through Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.,
Fridays and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. For more information, call
